My Path to Massage Therapy
I am passionate about helping people make relaxation and wellness a meaningful part of their lives. That passion led me to pursue formal massage therapy education and develop hands-on skills across several massage techniques.
During my intensive training at the Massage Therapy Center, I completed more than 650 hours of education and practical experience. My coursework introduced me to the art and science behind massage therapy while giving me opportunities to work directly with clients and develop my technique.
My training included Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. These modalities gave me experience working with different goals, from providing a relaxing massage experience to taking a more focused approach to areas of muscular tension.
Graduating was not the end of that journey. It gave me the foundation to establish a local practice where I could bring personalized massage therapy to clients in Seminole.
